Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Naukhel ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a host account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@naukhel.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Allowed

You may use Naukhel to create, host, and manage live game sessions for personal, educational, corporate, or commercial event purposes.

Prohibited

You must not use the platform to host content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; resell or redistribute access to the platform without written permission; or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the quiz questions, word packs, and other content you create on Naukhel. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, without notice.

All platform software, design, trademarks, and content created by Naukhel are our exclusive property. These terms do not grant you any right to use our brand, logo, or intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

As-is service

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Uptime

We aim for high availability but do not commit to a specific uptime SLA on free or entry-level plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naukhel and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
